Further to Staffordshire Moorlands District Council Planning Applications Committee refusing the lawful development certificate for the operation of a 12m high telecommunications pole and equipment cabinet at Brookhouse Way, MP for Cheadle, Bill Cash said:
“I naturally welcome the decision by the Staffordshire Moorlands Planning Applications Committee in refusing the lawful development certificate for the mobile phone mast, in line with their previous decision to reject the application and in accordance with the wishes of my constituents.
“As I have said throughout this process, it is appropriate that the council now takes steps towards issuing immediate enforcement action.”
